Terms and Conditions
1.Menus Availability:
• Available from 1st Dec 2024 to 1st Jan 2025.
2.Pre-setting:
• Pre-setting of equipment is compulsory for orders that fall on 24th Dec 2024.
• Pre-setting will be arranged one or two days in advance, likely on 23rd Dec 2024.
3. All Christmas Menu Packages include: (except Convenience Buffet and Party Set)
• Complete Buffet Layout with Table, Tablecloth, Skirting and Warmers (except Convenience Buffet and Party Set)
• Full set of Disposable Wares.
• Maximum 4 hours upon arrival time (including set up time).
4. Transportation Charges:
X'mas Buffet Menus:
• Normal Transport charges : $70.00 ($76.30 w/GST)
** Additional Surcharge of $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST) to CBD / Orchard Areas / Sentosa (First 2 digits of the postal code: 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 22 & 23)
*Additional $60.00 (W/GST $65.40) surcharge is applicable for venue without direct lift access (per level).
5.Delivery:
• Delivery from 7am to 7pm. Any delivery before 7am and after 7pm, additional surcharge and minimum order amount will apply.
• At least 45 minutes grace period before and after the arrival time due to unforeseen traffic conditions, security, parking, unloading issues, etc.
6. Collection:
• Collection time might be delayed due to peak festive season. We seek your kind understanding and patience.
7. Portion:
• We provide one portion per person with a 10% buffer.
8. Cancellation:
• Written cancellation must reach us at least 7 working days before the event date. Otherwise, 50% of the invoice amount will be billed accordingly.
• Full invoice amount will be charged for any cancellation less than 5 working days before the event date.
9. Payment:
• Payment by PayNow (UEN: 200001078K) or cheque (payable to International Catering Pte Ltd) at least 5 working days before event date.
10. Menu Items:
• The management reserves the right to replace any dish should it be unavailable at the time of event due to seasonality.
