Terms and Conditions for Cocktail Reception Package

  • • Minimum 50 pax.
  • • Transportation charge of $70.00 (w/GST $76.30) per delivery, additional surcharge of $10.90 (inclusive of GST) for delivery to C.B.D Area / Orchard Area and $20.00 (w/GST $21.80) for Sentosa. Delivery to Jurong Island is unavailable.
  • • Additional $60.00 (w/GST $65.40) surcharge is applicable for venue without direct lift access (per level).
  • • Actual delivery timing will vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery timing due to unforeseen circumstance such as weather and traffic condition.
  • • Food is best consumed within 3 hours.
  • • Order must be placed and confirmed at least 5 working days before event date, last minute order will be subject to availability
  • • Full payment by PayNow (UEN: 200001078K) or cheque (payable to International Catering Pte Ltd) at least 5 working days before event date.
  • • Cancellation charges as below:
    • *50% of total order amount for any cancellation five (5) working days before event date.
    • *80% of total order amount for any cancellation three (3) working days before event date.
    • *100% of total order amount for any cancellation one (1) working days before event date.
  • • All prices are subjected to GST
  • • International Catering reserve the right to change any of the dish to another of equivalent value with prior notice, due to seasonality
