Terms & Conditions for Half Day Seminar Package
- • Transportation charge of $42.80 (inclusive of GST) per delivery (waive for order above 50 pax), additional surcharge of $10.70 (inclusive of GST) for delivery to C.B.D Area / Sentosa. Delivery to Jurong Island is unavailable.
- • Additional $32.10 - $53.50 (inclusive of GST) surcharge is applicable for venue without direct lift access.
- • All breaks to be set up at same location
- • Actual delivery timing will vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery timing due to unforeseen circumstance such as weather and traffic condition.
- • Food is best consumed within 3 hours.
- • Order must be placed and confirmed at least 3 working days before event date, last minute order will be subject to availability
- • Payment by cash or cheque (payable to International Catering Pte Ltd) upon arrival.
- • Cancellation charges as below:
- *50% of total order amount for any cancellation five (5) working days before event date.
- *80% of total order amount for any cancellation three (3) working days before event date.
- *100% of total order amount for any cancellation one (1) working days before event date.
- • All prices are subjected to 7% GST
- • International Catering reserve the right to change any of the dish to another of equivalent value with prior notice, due to seasonality
