It began in 2000, when Ms. Jessie Tan started cooking for a handful of clients out of a modest kitchen — driven by the simple conviction that good food should bring people together.
Word travelled the way it always does with honest cooking — by mouth, and by the empty trays left at the end of every event. A small kitchen grew into one of Singapore’s trusted Halal caterers, serving ministries, hospitals, schools, weddings and families alike, year after year.
