December in Singapore has its own rhythm. Orchard Road lights up, the office Secret Santa list goes round, and the last weeks of the year fill with lunches, dinners and thank-yous. However the year went, Christmas is when we gather the people who made it — and gathering, here, always means food.
So we built this season’s menus around the dishes Christmas is known for. Sliced roast turkey and honey-baked turkey ham. Rosemary maple-glazed turkey breast, salmon with lemon cream, garlic butter prawns. Log cake, éclairs and macarons to finish, with a glass of Christmas fruit punch. At the top of the range, a whole roasted turkey with herb stuffing, carved for your guests.
Every dish is cooked the same day in our halal-certified kitchen, so the whole team can share it. Bring the people and the cheer — we’ll bring the feast.
