Flags appear along the corridors, the anthem drifts out of school halls, and colleagues who spend all year in meeting rooms suddenly find themselves sharing kueh and second helpings. The National Day Celebration Menu was created for exactly that moment — ten courses of the flavours this island grew up on, prepared by the same kitchen that has catered Singapore’s occasions for over twenty-five years.
It opens with an Imperial Peking Duck crepe glazed in hoisin and closes with premium Nyonya kueh. In between: fragrant wholegrain Yang Chow fried rice, our signature chicken rendang, golden fragrant fish fillet, and a crispy platter made for sharing. Familiar enough to feel like home.
